After serving in-house in the competitive telecommunications industry for 20 years, she now serves as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant with The Commpliance Group, the regulatory compliance administration and consulting affiliate of The CommLaw Group.

Ms. Hoyle has a wealth of experience assisting telecommunications companies with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Obtaining FCC and state authorizations for local, long distance, international, operator and pre-paid telecom services; draft, prepare, file and maintain telecommunications tariffs; provide information pertinent to any state and federal regulatory developments; cultivating close working relationships with FCC and state commission staff to aid client interests;
  • Performing regulatory audits to include development/implementation of compliance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulatory environment nationwide.
  • Ensuring compliance in the formation, operations, and mergers and acquisitions of telecommunications carriers.
  • Negotiating interconnection agreements.
  • Participating in state rulemaking, declaratory rulings, and other policy proceedings before a number of state regulatory agencies
  • Testified before various Public Utilities Commissions across the US
  • Manage the implementation of routine and complex regulatory filings associated with corporate transactions, including: transfers of control and assignments of authorization, establishment and discontinuance of FCC 214, and asset and customer base transfers;
